Moongata Collective is not responsible for returned items. Please ensure you provide the correct address, name and phone for a successful delivery. Keep tracking your order to avoid miscommunication with the courier.

Redelivery fees apply based on Australia Post rates. Please contact us to organise redelivery.

My order is lost

Moongata Collective is not liable for missing packages due to an incorrect address or if they are left unattended. We will help with Australia Post to resolve the issue, but we do not provide refunds for lost parcels caused by customer error.
